Projektbeschreibung: Die UMG ist Teil des 2020 initiierten, nationalen Projektes "Netzwerk Universitätsmedizin" (i.F. NUM, vgl. https://www.netzwerk-universitaetsmedizin.de/ ). Für die digitale Verwaltung der Proben ist die UMG verantwortlich, wo seit 2016 CentraXX als zentrales Forschungsdatentool und KAS+ System erfolgreich eingesetzt wird (Vergabeverfahren 2015 / S0002-001659). Das Institut für Klinische Chemie und Laboratoriumsmedizin (IKCL) arbeitet als Infrastrukturpartner des Deutschen Zentrum für Herz-Kreislauf-Forschung e. V. (DZHK) im Bereich des Bioprobenmanagements seit Jahren erfolgreich mit verschiedenen Modulen (u.a. Biobanking) des Laborinformationsmanagementsystems CentraXX. Als im Jahr 2020 das Netzwerk Universitätsmedizin (NUM) gegründet wurde, mussten unverzüglich Infrastrukturen für die Projekte des NUM etabliert werden. Entsprechend dem "Umsetzungskonzept für den Aufbau einer nationalen Forschungsdateninfrastruktur der Universitätsmedizin zu COVID-19" wurde das Verbundprojekt "Zentrale klinische Forschungsplattform für DZHK-Studien" für die Speicherung und Verwaltung von durch das NUM geförderten Studien, Registern und Kohorten in der ersten Förderphase zur Ve…
