Description
LVNL wenst één geschikte dienstverlener te selecteren die LVNL zelfstandig en langdurig kan ondersteunen bij het beheer, onderhoud en de doorontwikkeling van het ServiceNow-platform, inclusief de daarop gebaseerde modules, scoped applicaties en integraties. De nadruk ligt op het waarborgen van continuïteit, beschikbaarheid, kwaliteit, veiligheid en toekomstbestendigheid van het platform. De dienstverlener levert hiervoor specialistische ondersteuningsdiensten in de vorm van Managed Services voor beheer en Consultancy voor doorontwikkeling. Van de leverancier wordt verwacht dat deze optreedt als strategische en uitvoerende ServiceNow-partner voor LVNL. De leverancier levert technisch applicatiebeheer, ondersteunt bij lifecycle management en upgrades, voert configuratiewijzigingen uit, adviseert over platformontwikkeling en licentiegebruik en ondersteunt LVNL bij wijzigingen, uitbreidingen en implementatie van nieuwe functionaliteit.
