Suorahankinnan kohteena on vuokrasopimus tilojen vuokraamisesta käytettäväksi VTT:n tutkimustilana. Vuokraus sisältää kohteen toteuttamisen palveluna, johon sisältyy rakennustekninen suunnittelu, rakentamispalvelu, rakennuttajakonsulttipalvelut ja arkkitehtisuunnittelupalvelu. Suorahankinnan perusteella VTT tulee maksamaan Technopolikselle ainoastaan vuokraa.
