Description

Dublin City Council gives notice to invoke Article 32(2)(b) of Directive 2014/24/EU which states that the negotiated procedure without prior publication may be used where the works, supplies or services can only be supplied by a particular economic operator for (iii) the protection of exclusive rights, including intellectual property rights. Dublin City Council intends to award a contract to Britannica Library for a period of four years at an estimated value of £23,530 ex VAT. Specifically developed for public libraries, Britannica Library contains comprehensive safe and secure information for all ages. With its junior, student and adult interfaces, this award-winning online learning resource lets library users of all ages and abilities access comprehensive and interactive e-learning information. With differentiated, age-appropriate content, readers can access resources that are engaging, informative and safe.
