Description

Dublin City Council gives notice to invoke Article 32(2)(b) of Directive 2014/24/EU which states that the negotiated procedure without prior publication may be used where the works, supplies or services can only be supplied by a particular economic operator for (iii) the protection of exclusive rights, including intellectual property rights. Dublin City Council intends to award a contract to Bridgeall Libraries Limited for a period of three years at an estimated value of €47,238 ex VAT. This contract is for Subscription to CollectionHQ which provides a web interface of a hosted library collection management and development software system. CollectionHQ is a library collection development and management software system which integrates with Spydus, the national Library Management System for public library service provision in Dublin City and across Ireland.
