Description
Gegenstand ist die Fortführung des bestehenden Vertrags. Vertragsinhalt sind zum einen VDLM2/ATN und zum anderen ATN Ground Network Interfaces. Konkret geht es hierbei um den einen direkten Kanal für ATC Kommunikation mittels point-to-point Luft/Land Datalink bzw. die Verbindung zwischen dem Controller und dem Flugzeug. Austro Control ist auf Basis der EU Verordnung 29/2009 verpflichtet CPDLC Services österreichweit an alle hierfür geeigneten Unternehmer zu vergeben. Der Erfüllungsort ist 1030 Wien.
