Beschafft wird der Umstieg auf die neue Datenbankstruktur von Oracle auf Postgres. Die neue Datenbank ermöglich einen offenen Zugriff auf die Datenbank im AIXM 5.2 Format. Eine Trennung der SW-Suite Module im speziellen FPDAM wird ermöglicht. Dadurch kann eine einfachere Wartung erzielt werden.
