Denna prekvalificering avser inköp av två (2) värmeväxlare till Mälarenergis fjärrkylanläggning på Polvägen, Västerås. Värmeväxlarna skall användas för att producera frikyla. Värmeväxlarnas ”kalla” sida kopplas mot kyltornskretsen och ”varma” sidan mot fjärrkylasystemet.
