Description
Upphandlingen avser underhåll, support och vidareutveckling av CRM system. Mälarenergi äger sedan tidigare nyttjanderätt till nuvarande systemlösning (Lime). Då efterfrågade tjänster på grund av tekniska skäl och på grund av ensamrätt endast kan tillhandahållas/utföras av en viss leverantör (LUF 2016:1146 6 kap. 7 § punkt 2 och 3) kommer upphandlingsförfarandet Förhandlat förfarande utan meddelande om annonsering att tillämpas. Med denna annons om förhandsinsyn meddelar Mälarenergi sin avsikt att tilldela kontraktet till Lime Technologies AB. Ett kontrakt kommer att tecknas med leverantören efter att tiden för avtalsspärr löpt ut. I samband med annons om förhandsinsyn träder avtalsspärr i kraft. Denna avtalsspärr innebär att avtal inte kan tecknas förrän efter 10 dagar.
