Byggnaden omfattar cirka 4 000 m² bruttoarea och ska inrymma kontorslokaler med tillhörande gemensamma utrymmen. I entreprenaden ingår även ny undercentral i befintlig intilliggande hus 3. Entreprenaden omfattar samtliga byggnads-, installations- och markarbeten, inklusive installation av solcellsanläggning samt bergvärmeanläggning för fastighetens energiförsörjning.
