Objektet avser uppförande av ett nytt kontorshus med tillhörande utemiljö inom Acusticumområdet i Piteå, på fastigheten Stadsön 9:4, Akustikgränd 8. Byggnaden omfattar cirka 4 000 m² bruttoarea och ska inrymma kontorslokaler med tillhörande gemensamma utrymmen. I entreprenaden ingår även ny undercentral i befintlig intilliggande hus 3. Entreprenaden omfattar samtliga byggnads-, installations- och markarbeten, inklusive installation av solcellsanläggning samt bergvärmeanläggning för fastighetens energiförsörjning. Entreprenaden genomförs som utförandeentreprenad enligt AB 04.
