Description
Upphandlingen avser en förberedande utbildning inför start av näringsverksamhet. Utbildningen ska ge deltagarna grundläggande kunskaper om företagande i Sverige samt stöd i att utveckla och formulera en affärsplan. Efter genomförd utbildning ska deltagaren ha upprättat en fullständig affärsplan och ha en tydlig förståelse för vad det innebär att starta och driva företag. Utbildningen ska normalt bedrivas som distansutbildning. I enstaka fall och vid särskilda behov ska möjlighet erbjudas att genomföra utbildningen i "tillfälliga lokaler".
