Description
Arbetsförmedlingen har för avsikt att upphandla arbetsmarknadsutbildning mot yrket Lokalvårdare. Med arbetsmarknadsutbildning avses yrkesinriktad utbildning som syftar till att underlätta för den enskilde att få eller behålla ett arbete och som motverkar att brist på arbetskraft uppstår på arbetsmarknaden. Denna utbildning avser att möta arbetsmarknadens behov av utbildad lokalvårdspersonal i landet. Samhället står inför stora utmaningar gällande kompetensförsörjning. Det ställs allt högre krav på dokumenterad kompetens vilket har lett till brist på utbildad personal.
