Przedm. zam. jest - na warunkach opisanych w umowie, która zostanie zawarta pomiędzy Zam. a Wykon., SWZ oraz w of. Wykon. - sukcesywny odbiór, transp. i zagospod. odebranych przez Wykon. od Zam. odpadów sklasyfik. pod kodem 19 12 12 – inne odpady (w tym zmieszane subst. i przedmioty) z mech.j obróbki odpadów inne niż wym. w 19 12 11 z podziałem na 3 części, w rodzajach i ilościach określonych poniżej. 2. Odpady mogą zostać poddane wyłącznie procesom odzysku R1 i/lub R12, zgodnie z określeniem oznaczenia tych procesów w Ust. o odpadach z dnia 14.12.2012r. (t.j.Dz.U.2023.1587 z późn. zm.)/załączniku IA do Rozporządzenia (WE) nr 1013/2006 Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady UE z dnia 14.06.2006r. w sprawie przemieszcz. odpadów (Dz. U. UE. L 190/1 z późn. zm.), przy czym przez „poddanie procesowi odzysku” rozumie się rozpoczęcie i zakończenie tego procesu. 3. Przedm. zam. obejmuje: a) część nr 1 – stanowiąca frakcję odpadów balast. o wart. energet. z procesu sortowania odpadów komunalnych zmieszanych lub selektywnie zebranych w ilości 5000 Mg, jednak nie mniej niż 350 Mg (minimum świadczenia) Odpady występują w formie zbelowanej o wymiarach kostki: długość – 1,60 m –…
