Description

1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest - na warunkach opisanych w umowie, która zostanie zawarta pomiędzy Zamawiającym a Wykonawcą – sukcesywny odbiór, transport i zagospodarowanie odebranych przez Wykonawcę od Zamawiającego odpadów, sklasyfikowanych pod kodem 20 01 10 – Odzież i 20 01 11 – Tekstylia. Odpady mogą zostać poddane wyłącznie procesom odzysku R1 i/lub R12, zgodnie z określeniem oznaczenia tych procesów w Ustawie o odpadach z dnia 14.12.2012r. (t.j.Dz.U.2023.1587 z późn. zm.)/załączniku IA do Rozporządzenia (WE) nr 1013/2006 Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady Unii Europejskiej z dnia 14.06.2006r. w sprawie przemieszczania odpadów (Dz. U. UE. L 190/1 z późn. zm.), przy czym przez „poddanie procesowi odzysku” rozumie się rozpoczęcie i zakończenie tego procesu. 2. Przedmiot Zamówienia obejmuje: a) Odpad klasyfikowany pod kodem 20 01 10 – Odzież w ilości 840 Mg oraz 20 01 11 - Tekstylia w ilości 200 Mg selektywnie zebranych. Jednak nie mniej niż 200 Mg odpadu klasyfikowanego kodem 20 01 10 oraz nie mniej niż 50 Mg odpadu klasyfikowanego kodem 20 01 11 (minimum świadczenia) b) Odpady występują luzem. 3.
