Description

1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest - na warunkach opisanych w umowie, która zostanie zawarta pomiędzy Zamawiającym a Wykonawcą, SWZ oraz w ofercie Wykonawcy - sukcesywny odbiór, transport i zagospodarowanie odebranych przez Wykonawcę od Zamawiającego odpadów sklasyfikowanych pod kodem 19 12 12 – inne odpady (w tym zmieszane substancje i przedmioty) z mechanicznej obróbki odpadów inne niż wymienione w 19 12 11 z podziałem na 2 części, w rodzajach i ilościach określonych poniżej. 2. Odpady mogą zostać poddane wyłącznie procesom odzysku R1 i/lub R12, zgodnie z określeniem oznaczenia tych procesów w Ustawie o odpadach z dnia 14.12.2012r. (t.j.Dz.U.2023.1587 z późn. zm.)/załączniku IA do Rozporządzenia (WE) nr 1013/2006 Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady Unii Europejskiej z dnia 14.06.2006r. w sprawie przemieszczania odpadów (Dz. U. UE. L 190/1 z późn. zm.), przy czym przez „poddanie procesowi odzysku” rozumie się rozpoczęcie i zakończenie tego procesu. 3. Przedmiot Zamówienia obejmuje: c) część nr 1 – stanowiąca frakcję odpadów balastowych o wartości energetycznej z procesu sortowania odpadów komunalnych zmieszanych lub selektywnie zebranych w ilości 7000 Mg, jednak nie mniej niż 350 Mg (mi…
