1. Przedmiotem niniejszej Umowy jest usługa druku i dostawy kalendarzy na rok 2026 w podziale na części: - Część A – kalendarz książkowy – 60 szt., - Część B – kalendarz ścienny, trójdzielny – 150 szt. 2. Przedmiot zamówienia musi być: najwyższej jakości, fabrycznie nowy, kompletny, pozbawiony wad fizycznych i prawnych czy wynikających z innych zaniedbań Wykonawcy lub producenta, które mogłyby się ujawnić podczas ich użytkowania. Musi być wykonany z bezpiecznych materiałów dopuszczonych do użytkowania oraz posiadać zgodne z właściwymi przepisami atesty, certyfikaty i dopuszczenia na terenie Unii Europejskiej oraz posiadać parametry nie gorsze niż określone przez Zamawiającego w Załączniku nr 3 do SWZ. 3. Zamawiający dopuszcza składanie ofert częściowych. Wykonawca może złożyć ofertę na jedną lub dwie części. 4. Dodatkowe warunki realizacji zamówienia określają projektowane postanowienia umowy stanowiące Załącznik nr 2 do SWZ
