1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest kompleksowe ubezpieczenie mienia i odpowiedzialności cywilnej Parku Śląskiego im. gen. Jerzego Ziętka S.A. w Chorzowie: a) Ubezpieczenie mienia od wszystkich ryzyk, b) Ubezpieczenie sprzętu elektronicznego, c) Ubezpieczenie maszyn od szkód elektrycznych, d) Ubezpieczenie odpowiedzialności cywilnej. 2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia stanowi OPZ – Załącznik nr 3 (3A, 3B oraz 3C do SWZ).W związku z tym, że Załączniki nr 3 do SWZ zawierają informacje, dla których Zamawiający wymaga zaufania ich poufności w celu zapewnienia bezpieczeństwa Zamawiającego, nie będzie udostępniać ich na stronie internetowej. 1) Zamawiający na podstawie art. 18 ust. 4 w związku z art. 96 ust. 1 oraz art. 280 ust. 3 ustawy Pzp udostępni opis przedmiotu zamówienia tym Wykonawcom, którzy bezpośrednio zwrócą się ze stosownym wnioskiem o udostępnienie informacji poufnych dotyczących mienia i działalności Park Śląski S.A. – zamieszczonych w załączniku Załączniki nr 3 (3A, 3B oraz 3C do SWZ – Wzór wniosku o udostępnienie informacji poufnych – Załącznik nr 4 do SWZ. 2) Informacje poufne, o którym mowa w ust. 2 udostępniane będą wyłącznie podmiotom prowadzącym działalność ubezp…
