Przedmiotem zamówienia jest udzielenie i obsługa kredytu długoterminowego do kwoty 8 000 000,00 zł. Wykonawca udzieli Zamawiającemu kredytu w walucie polskiej, na warunkach określonych w SWZ. Zamawiający przeznaczy środki z kredytu na finansowanie planowanego deficytu budżetowego do kwoty 100 000,00 zł oraz na pokrycie zobowiązań planowanych w rozchodach budżetu do kwoty 7 900 000,00 zł. Kredyt udzielony będzie na okres od dnia zawarcia umowy do dnia całkowitej spłaty kapitału i odsetek tj. do dnia 31 grudnia 2032 r. Ostateczny termin wykorzystania kredytu upływa 31 grudnia 2026 roku.
