Przedmiotem zamówienia jest najem 2 samoobsługowych terminali płatniczych typu CAT („Cardholder Activited Terminal”), w tym 1 sztuka do budynku ŚUW: Katowice, ul. Jagiellońska 25 oraz 1 sztuka do budynku ŚUW: Katowice, ul. Damrota 16. Szczegółowe wymagania dotyczące przedmiotu zamówienia zawarte są w Formularzu asortymentowo-cenowy z opisem przedmiotu zamówienia, stanowiącym załącznik nr 2 do SWZ, w którym Zamawiający określił wymagania jakościowe odnoszące się do głównych elementów składających się na przedmiot zamówienia Wspólny Słownik Zamówień CPV Kod CPV 30144400-4 – automaty do pobierania opłat. Zamawiający wymaga, aby oferowane przez Wykonawcę wszystkie produkty ICT, usługi ICT oraz procesy ICT wykorzystywane do realizacji zamówienia, zarówno jako elementy główne, jak i komponenty, elementy środowiska świadczenia usługi lub rozwiązania towarzyszące, nie stanowiły: a) produktów ICT, usług ICT lub procesów ICT wskazanych w rekomendacji, o której mowa w art. 33 ust. 4 ustawy z dnia 5 lipca 2018 r. o krajowym systemie cyberbezpieczeństwa, stwierdzającej ich negatywny wpływ na podstawowy interes bezpieczeństwa państwa; b) produktu ICT, którego typ został określony w decyzji w sp…
