Description
Detta ramavtal gäller en upphandlingskonsult för inköps- och upphandlingsarbete i industriprojekt, från tidigt skede till färdiga projekt. Uppdraget kan i huvudsak utföras på distans men konsulten ska på beställarens önskemål kunna närvara på plats i Umeå under perioder om 2-3 arbetsdagar per tillfälle, efter överenskommelse. Första avropet sker direkt vid kontraktssignering och gäller sex (6) månader med omfattning 100%. Därefter sker avrop löpande kvartalsvis (uppskattning 75–100%) under avtalsperioden. Ramavtalet gäller från kontraktssignering till 2028-12-31 med option på förlängning upp till 24 månader. Uppdragets omfattning utgörs av förfrågningsunderlaget i sin helhet.
