Description
Detta DIS syftar till att täcka behovet hos koncernen Umeå Energi AB av olika upphandlingsstöd. Behovet avser huvudsakligen upphandlingskonsulter, men även andra närliggande stöd inom offentlig upphandling kan bli aktuellt. Tillämpliga lagar är primärt LUF men även LOU, LUFS kan förekomma. Uppdragen kan avse specifika projekt men även längre sammanhängande behov av extra resurser till inköpsavdelningen. Vid avrop definieras det faktiska behovet och uppdragens karaktär.
