Description
Upphandlingen avser ett avtal som ska tillgodose Linköping kommuns behov gällande utförande av driftentreprenad av bostäder med särskild service enligt lagen om stöd och service till vissa funktionshindrade (LSS) § 9 punkt 9. Driftentreprenaden omfattar tre gruppbostäder med 5 platser vardera, på Fogdegatan 5-6, Fogdegatan 20-21, och Sörgårdsgatan 58. I driftentreprenaden ingår även servicebostadsplatser enligt LSS, f.n. 11 platser. Tjänsterna ska utföras i enlighet med gällande lagstiftning samt enligt ställda krav i dessa upphandlingsdokument. Upphandlingen ska resultera i att en (1) Leverantör förser Linköpings kommun med de tjänster som beskrivs i upphandlingsdokumenten.
