Uppdraget är utförande av driftentreprenad bostäder med särskild service enligt lagen om stöd och service till vissa funktionshindrade (LSS) § 9 punkt 9.  Driftentreprenaden omfattar två gruppbostäder med 5 platser vardera, på Gamla Ledbergsvägen 26 och Norrsättersgatan 17. Tjänsterna ska utföras i enlighet med gällande lagstiftning samt enligt ställda krav i dessa upphandlingsdokument
