Description
SiS avser att upphandla profilprodukter som följer myndighetens grafiska profil och arbetsgivarvarumärke samt uppfyller de önskemål SiS medarbetare efterfrågar. Dessa profilprodukter kommer att användas internt på SiS samt som give-aways under mässor och andra externa event för att uppmärksamma SiS som varumärke. Profilprodukter kommer avropas av SiS via myndighetens e-handelssystem varvid leverantören distribuerar tryckta och färdigställda profilprodukter utifrån den kvanitet som erfordras av Beställaren. Leverantören åtar sig att äga och lagerföra avtalade profilprodukter åt Beställaren i enlighet med upphandlingsdokumenten. Beställaren förbinder sig att vid avtalets slut avropa resterande profilprodukter hos leverantören upp till ett maxvärde om 100 000 SEK. Leverantören åtar sig att följa Beställarens aktuella grafiska profil. För närvarande färdigställs en ny grafisk profil hos Beställaren som kommer lanseras under Q1 2024. Mot bakgrund av framtagen behovsanalys samt informationsinsamling med förankring till framtida inköpsbehov är uppskattat avtalsvärde för hela avtalsperioden (inkl. förlängningsoptioner) 2 500 000 SEK exklusive mervärdeskatt.
