Description
För att säkerställa en trygg, funktionell och ändamålsenlig miljö vid SiS:s institutioner samt möta myndighetens behov av teknisk kompetens inom bygg- och fastighetsområdet, upphandlas ramavtal för tekniska konsult- och arkitekttjänster. Upphandlingen syftar till att tillgodose SiS:s behov av kvalificerad expertis inom fem (5) delområden: 1. Arkitektur, gestaltning och miljöutformning – Konsulttjänster för utformning av funktionella, hållbara, kostnadseffektiva, säkra och verksamhetsanpassade miljöer, inklusive byggnads-, inrednings- och landskapsarkitektur samt ljus- och storköksplanering. 2. Projekteringsledning och teknisk samordning – Konsulttjänster för ledning och samordning av projekteringsprocesser, inklusive teknisk samordning och digital informationshantering (BIM). 3. Installationsteknik och tekniska system – Konsulttjänster för projektering av installations- och tekniska system, såsom VVS, el, tele, styr- och övervakningssystem samt belysning. 4. Byggteknik och tekniska specialistområden – Konsulttjänster inom byggteknik och specialdiscipliner, såsom konstruktion, brandskydd, akustik, tillgänglighet och kalkyl. 5.
