Description
Det grundläggande syftet med denna upphandling är att anlita ett tillämpligt administrativt, genomförande och rådgivande stöd som medför att enheten för internationell utveckling kan genomföra ITP:n enligt överenskommelsen med gott resultat, därtill med god transparens, utan betungande administrativ börda. Leverantören ska alltså stödja programmet genom expertis som baseras på tidigare ITP-erfarenhet, med administration, genomförande och anskaffning, med partner- och deltagarkontakt, samt med utformning av programmets innehåll.
