Description
Syftet med upphandlingen är att säkerställa att Havs- och vattenmyndigheten kan fullgöra sina uppdrag och uppfylla sina mål i enlighet med havsmiljödirektivet (2008/56/EG) och havsmiljöförordningen (2010:1341). Mer specifikt syftar upphandlingen till att: - Säkerställa att Havs- och vattenmyndigheten kan genomföra övervakning av skräp på stränder i enlighet med kraven i havsmiljöförordningen. - Säkerställa att Havs- och vattenmyndigheten har tillgång till den expertkunskap om marint skräp, med särskilt fokus på strandskräp, som krävs för att genomföra havsmiljödirektivets olika steg i Sverige och för att vara en konstruktiv och engagerad part i det gemensamma utvecklingsarbetet inom EU:s gemensamma genomförandestrategi för havsmiljödirektivet samt inom relevanta arbetsgrupper i Ospar och Helcom.
