Description

Linköpings kommun har behov av familjestödjande insatser, barn och unga 0-20 år. Målet med allt familjestödjande arbete är att barn och unga skall växa upp under trygga förhållanden och att föräldrar ska stärkas i sitt föräldraskap; familjers livssituation ska förbättras och de ska uppleva en fungerande vardag. Insatsen ska planeras och utförs i samverkan mellan barn, föräldrar/omsorgspersoner och behandlare. Den ska också utföras i samverkan med barnets kontakter i skola, fritid och andra relevanta aktörer.   Upphandlingen ska resultera i att en (1) Leverantör förser Linköpings kommun med familjestöd enligt det som beskrivs i upphandlingsdokumenten
