Upphandlingen avser konsulttjänster inom systemet L-CAPS (LFVs system för flygbriefingstjänst) samt ERI (EnRoute Invoicing) Upphandlingen är indelad i två (2) anbudsområden: Anbudsområde 1: 1st Expertkonsult L-CAPS Anbudsområde 2: 1st Expertkonsult ERI-system Båda konsultuppdragen kräver säkerhetsskyddsavtal. Anbudsgivare besvarar det eller de anbudsområden som de har för avsikt att lämna anbud på. Uppdragens omfattning beskrivs mer detaljerat i avsnitt för respektive anbudsområde.
