Upphandlingen avser ramavtal för upphandlingskonsulttjänster för genomförande av olika slags upphandlingar och tjänster kopplade till dessa. Uppdragen kan både avse egna upphandlingar inom Myndigheternas olika verksamhetsområden och avrop på statliga ramavtal, vid exempelvis resursbrist, hög arbetsbelastning, eller situationer då Myndigheterna anser sig behöva upphandlingskompetens med specialisering inom branschspecifika områden. Uppdragen kan omfatta genomförandet av hela eller delar av upphandlingsuppdrag. Även uppdrag som mentor åt Myndighetens egna upphandlare kan förekomma. Upphandlingen omfattar upphandlingskonsulttjänster med kompetens och erfarenhet inom följande områden: - Varor och tjänster - IT - Entreprenad- och byggtjänster samt tekniska konsulttjänster
