Hankinnan kohteena on työsuhdepyörien leasingpalvelun hankinta tarjouspyynnön ja sen liiteiden mukaisessa laajuudessa Kemi-Tornionlaakson koulutuskuntayhtymä Lappian ja sen tytäryhtiö Lappia-Koulutus Oy:n henkilöstölle. Palvelun kokonaisuus sisältää leasingrahoituksen tarjoamisen, palvelun hallinnoinnin ja asiakaspalvelun tarjoamisen Tilaajalle ja Käyttäjälle.
