Description
La ville de Salon de Provence planifie la réhabilitation du quartier de Canourgues. Le programme consiste donc à la dépollution, la déconstruction des bâtiments Sofia, Renaissance et D18. Le projet se terminera par la remise en état de la plateforme. Le présent marché concerne la dépollution et la démolition des bâtiments SOFIA, D18 et Renaissance pour les cages 57 et 73, se situant au 7 Rue de Sofia, 13300 Salon-de-Provence. La forme retenue pour l'exécution du contrat est un accord cadre à marchés subséquents sans minimum et avec maximum - montant maximum 3 200 000,00 euro(s) HT en application des articles R2162-2, R2162-4 2° et R2162-7 à R2162-10 du Code de la commande publique. Visite des lieux obligatoire : Les candidats doivent obligatoirement effectuer une visite du site dans les conditions suivantes : Les visites se tiendront impérativement entre le 9 décembre 2024 et 20 décembre 2024. Les candidats doivent manifester leur souhait de visiter les lieux via l'adresse électronique suivante : visite.patrimoine@13habitat.fr avant le 17 décembre 2024 à 16H00 au plus tard
