Description
La procédure de passation utilisée est l'appel d'offres ouvert. Elle est soumise aux dispositions des articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1° et R. 2161-2 à R. 2161-5 du Code de la commande publique. En effet, suite à une première procédure déclarée sans suite pour insuffisance d'offres pour le lot n°5, la collectivité a décidé de relancer le présent lot. Le marché est passé selon la technique d'achat de l'accord-cadre mono attributaire (exécuté via des bons de commande) sans montants annuels minimum mais avec montants annuels maximum en application des articles L. 2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 à R. 2162-6 et R. 2162-13 à R. 2162-14 du Code de la commande publique du 1er avril 2019. Le marché est conclu pour une période initiale de 12 mois à compter de la date de notification, il pourra être reconduit expressément trois fois 12 mois sans que la durée totale n'excède 4 ans
