Description
Ces travaux consistent en l'extension du nombre d'anneaux, la construction de bâtiments et la mise aux normes environnementale du port. La procédure de passation utilisée est l'appel d'offres ouvert. Elle est soumise aux dispositions des articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1° et R. 2161-2 à R. 2161-5 du Code de la commande publique. Lieu d'exécution : Sur le territoire de la ville d'Istres, Port des Heures Claires - 13800 Istres. L'enveloppe budgétaire prévisionnelle (non contractuelle) pour le présent projet global s'élève à 15 243 000 euro(s) HT. La durée globale prévisionnelle des travaux est de 24 mois (dont 2 mois de préparation de chantier). Il s'agit d'un marché ordinaire pour le lot 13. Le lot concerné par l'appel d'offres ouvert est le lot n°13. Les candidats ne pourront soumettre une offre que pour le lot n°13
