Description
La procédure de passation utilisée est l'appel d'offres ouvert. Elle est soumise aux dispositions des articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1° et R. 2161-2 à R. 2161-5 du Code de la commande publique. Il s'agit d'un marché ordinaire avec l'exécution d'un bon d'engagement. Il n'est pas prévu de décomposition ni en lots ni en tranches, dans la mesure où le fait d'allotir sera susceptible de rendre techniquement difficile et financièrement plus coûteuse l'exécution du marché. Le marché est conclu pour une période allant de la date de notification jusqu'à la réception complète et définitive (mise en service) des équipements. Il ne pourra pas excéder 24 mois. Si une mise à jour/maintenance court après l'échéance du marché, elle restera effective
