Description
La procédure de passation utilisée est l'appel d'offres ouvert. Elle est soumise aux dispositions des articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1° et R. 2161-2 à R. 2161-5 du Code de la commande publique. Le présent marché est passé selon la technique d'achat de l'accord-cadre multiattributaire à marchés subséquents (avec remise en concurrence) sans montant minimum par période mais avec un montant maximum par période en application des articles L. 2125-1 1° et R. 2162-1 à R. 2162-10 du Code de la commande publique du 1er avril 2019. Les marchés subséquents issus du présent accord cadre seront attribués dans les conditions définies au C.C.A.P
