Upphandlingens syfte är att säkerställa Eskilstuna kommuns och Eskilstuna Strängnäs Energi och Miljö ABs behov av trafikanordningslösningar och utrustning avsedda för trafikavstängningar samt kringtjänster såsom TA-planer, tillståndsansökningar samt utställning och hämtning av trafikavstängningsmaterial ingår.
