Description
Upphandlingen avser bemanningstjänster av allmänsjuksköterskor för att tillgodose Kommunens behov under avtalstiden. Bemanningen är ett komplement till den egna verksamheten i de fall kommunen inte har möjlighet att bemanna med egen personal. Kommunen ser behov av korta och längre uppdrag vid frånvaro hos ordinarie personal. Bemanning kan behövas både vid akut och/eller vid planerad personalfrånvaro som inte kan lösas med traditionell rekrytering eller när egna resurser inte räcker till. Innehåll och omfattning i varje uppdrag samt den arbetstid som ska vara gällande fastställs av Kommunen i samband med avrop. Uppdragen är fördelade på dag-, kväll-, helg- och nattetid och är normalt aldrig kortare än heltidsdagar. Behovet är som störst under sommarmånaderna. Ramavtal kommer att tecknas med upp till tio (10) leverantörer under förutsättning att upphandlande enhet erhåller minst det antalet lämpliga och godtagbara anbud. Primärt är det Vård- och omsorgsförvaltningen som har behov av allmänsjuksköterskor.
