Description
Kommunkoncernen har behov av att anlita konsulter för utförande av uppdrag inom området mättjänster. Viss kompetens finns inom kommunkoncernen, men ytterligare kompetens och resurser behövs för att tillgodose kommunkoncernens behov. Mättjänster behövs bland annat i samband med adressättning, upprättande och revidering av fastighetsförteckning, fastighetsutredning och framtagning av grundkarta. Upphandlingen omfattar ramavtal i tre delområden för senare avrop av tekniska konsulter inom området mättjänster. Uppdrag avser enskilda konsultuppdrag. Delområdena är: Del 1: Mätkonsult Del 2: Kartingenjör Del 3: Drönare Ramavtal kommer att tecknas med upp till totalt fyra (4) leverantörer: Del 1 mätkonsult: två (2) leverantörer Del 2 kartingenjör: en (1) leverantör Del 3 drönare: en (1) leverantör Detta under förutsättning att upphandlande myndighet erhåller minst det antalet lämpliga och godtagbara anbud. Leverantörerna för delområde 1 kommer att avropas enligt fastställd rangordning.
