Hankinnan kohteena on tarjouspyynnössä ja sen liitteissä mainittu laite sekä siihen liittyvä huolto liitteissä määritetyllä tavalla. Mikäli laitteiden hankintaan varattu määräraha ei riittäisikään hankinnan toteuttamiseen Hankintayksikkö varaa oikeuden: - muuttaa tarjouspyynnössä ilmoitettujen laitteiden määrää - keskeyttää hankinnan tai sen osan - irtisanoa jo tehdyn hankintasopimuksen tai sen osan ilman irtisanomisaikaa
