Description
Hankinnan kohteena on tarjouspyynnössä ja sen liitteissä mainitut laitteet ja tuotteet, niihin liittyvä huolto ja mahdolliset käytön vaatimat tarvikkeet liitteissä määritetyllä tavalla. Mahdolliset huolto-ohjelmaan liittyvät huollot tilataan tarpeen mukaan. Tämän hankinnan perusteella tehtävä sopimus on hyödynnettävissä myös mahdollisissa tulevissa uudiskohteissa. Uudiskohteisiin tehtävät hankinnat edellyttävät, että sopimuksen mukaiset tuotteet täyttävät kyseisen kohteen toiminnalliset ja tekniset vaatimukset. Hankinta ei muodosta hankintayksikölle velvollisuutta tehdä hankintoja kaikkiin tuleviin uudiskohteisiin. Tuoteperheeseen A01 kuuluva sairaalasänky on lääkinnällinen laite (Laite 1). Tuoteperheeseen A02 kuuluvaa potilaspöytä on luokiteltu kalusteeksi (Tuote 1), eikä lääkinnälliseksi laitteeksi, koska sitä käytetään potilaan tavaroiden, ruoan tai henkilökohtaisten esineiden laskemiseen eikä sillä ole aktiivista hoitoon, diagnostiikkaan tai kuntoutukseen liittyvää toimintoa. Siten se ei käyttötarkoituksensa perusteella ole MDR:n soveltamisalaan kuuluva tuote eikä siltä näin ollen edellytetä lääkinnällisiä laitteita koskevaa CE merkintää eikä MDR:n mukaista vaatimustenm…
