Varsinais-Suomen hyvinvointialue kilpailuttaa Psykiatrian uudisrakennus II-vaiheen vedenjäähdytyskoneiden ja lämpöpumppujen hankinnan rajoitetulla hankintamenettelyllä asiakirjojen osoittamassa laajuudessa. Vedenjäähdytyskoneiden ja lämpöpumppujen hankinta toteutetaan rakennuttajan omana erillisurakkana, joka alistetaan rakennuskohteen pääurakkaan sivu-urakoiden alistamissopimuksen RT 80271 mukaisesti. Rakentamisen II-vaiheen laajuus on noin n. 24 000 brm². Sairaalatoiminnan hyötyneliöt ovat 13 900 hym².
