Bodens Kommun avser att anskaffa ett Tomträttsystem. För detaljerad beskrivning av uppdraget se bilaga 9.Kravspecifikation Kontrakt kommer tilldelas enligt LOU16 Kap 1§ 1 p ekonomiskt mest fördelaktiga anbudet baserat bästa förhållandet mellan pris och kvalitet där demonstrationer/visningar kommer ligga till grund för tilldelning.
