Description
Entreprenaden avser tillsyn, skötsel och vissa administrativa arbetsuppgifter omfattande B:s fastighetsbestånd om ca 20 000 lägenheter och ca 2 000 lokaler. Entreprenaden omfattar i stort: • Tillsyn och skötsel av byggnader och i entreprenaden ingående fastighetstekniska installationer • Administrera och utföra visa myndighetsbesiktningar • Administrativa arbetsuppgifter i direkt anslutning till ovanstående arbeten L ska följa B:s vid varje tillfälle gällande, riktlinjer, policies och rutiner samt de vid varje tillfälle gällande lagar och föreskrifter som berörs av denna entreprenad. Entreprenadens omfattning i detalj framgår av i K1.1 förtecknade handlingar.
