Upphandlingen avser klottersanering, klotterskydd, och fasadtvätt samt kringliggande tjänster för Beställarens hela fastighetsbestånd. Arbetena kommer att avropas löpande efter behov. Beställaren ska även kunna beställa tillsyn i form av rondering på av Beställaren angivna fastigheter.
