Upphandlingen avser ramavtal för konsultstöd inom tak, fasad, tätskikt, balkonger, terrasser och bjälklag, samt besiktningar och annat närliggande konsultstöd inom dessa byggdelar. Konsultstödets övergripande mål är att ge Beställaren ett ändamålsenligt, rättvisande och tillförlitligt beslutsunderlag för planering, prioritering och genomförande av underhålls-, reparations- och ombyggnadsåtgärder avseende dessa byggdelar.
