Oulun kaupunki, Konsernihallinto, Digi ja ICT -yksikkö (jäljempänä myös "tilaajat") pyytää tarjoustanne Tietoliikennepalveluista tämän tarjouspyynnön ja sen liitteiden mukaisesti.
