Oulun Tilapalvelut -liikelaitos (ja Oulun kaupungin muut hankintayksiköt) hakee tällä tarjouspyynnöllä puitesopimuskumppaneita toteuttamaan Tilaajan rakennusten kuntoarvioita ja kuntotutkimuksia, johon lukeutuvat tutkimussuunnitelmat, kunto- ja sisäilmatutkimukset, asbesti- ja haitta-ainekartoitukset, purkusuunnitelmat ja vahinkokartoitukset. Oulun veden erityisvaatimuksia huomioitu myös hankinnassa. Tarkemmat tiedot vaatimuksista ja hankinnan kuvauksesta tarjouspyynnön liitteessä 1. OSA-ALUEET Hankinta on jaettu kolmeen osa-alueeseen: 1. Kuntoarviot 2. (Kunto)tutkimukset 3. Betonitutkimukset YKSIKKÖTUNTIHINNAT Kuntoarvion tekemiseen annetaan kokonaishinta arvioitavan rakennuksen kokoluokan (m2) ja tyypin mukaan. (kts osa-alue 1) 1. Yleiset rakennukset Vertailuperusteena on hinta ja hyväksyttävistä tarjouksista valitaan osa-alueeseen kolme (3) kokonaistaloudellisesti edullisinta palveluntuottajaa etusijajärjestykseen. (Kunto)tutkimukset tarjotaan yhtenä omana yksikkötuntihintana, johon kuuluvat: 1. Tutkimussuunnitelmat 2. Kunto- ja sisäilmatutkimukset 3. Asbesti- ja haitta-ainekartoitukset 4. Purkukartoitukset 5.
