Oulun seudun ympäristötoimi (jäljempänä tilaaja) pyytää tarjoustanne ympäristöterveydenhuollon valvontaan kuuluvista esimerkiksi elintarvikkeiden, talous- ja uimaveden tutkimisestä sekä häiriötilannevalmiuteen liittyvistä laboratoriopalveluista tämän tarjouspyynnön ja sen liitteiden mukaisesti. Hankinta sisältää ympäristöterveydenhuollon edellyttämät laboratoriopalvelut Oulun seudun ympäristötoimen –toimialueella (Hailuoto, Kempele, Liminka, Lumijoki, Muhos, Oulu ja Tyrnävä).
